Welcome to the Elegant Texas Retreat! Kick back and experience Houston with us in our beautiful 2-story home! We can comfortably sleep 20 guests at 2 per room. Each floor offers 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with oversized living and mingling areas. There is a 4th bathroom upstairs. Make memories and plan your next event; we have ample space to host family, teams and large groups with onsite parking. Just south of Brays Bayou, we are very close to popular attractions: -Less than 10 minutes to the Texas Medical Center (2.6 miles) - 15 minutes to Downtown (5.3 miles) - 10 minutes to Midtown (4 miles) - 13 minutes to Houston Zoo (3.7 miles) - 15 minutes to George R Brown Convention Center (5 miles)

There is a long driveway for parking multiple vehicles. Please be ware of the low clearance carport as it is not intended for large vans or buses.

WELCOME We truly appreciate that most guests are a pleasure to host and respectful of our home. These rules are in place to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and high-quality stay for everyone. Please treat the property with the same care you would your own. A $900 refundable security deposit is required through Airbnb’s resolution center after booking confirmation. Failure to submit it will result in cancellation without refund. CLEANING STANDARDS The property is professionally cleaned and inspected between every stay. Please notify us immediately of any issues upon arrival. GENERAL RULES The primary guest must be 25 years or older. Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. Our neighborhood has a noise ordinance — please respect our neighbors. No parties or events. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. No pets without prior written approval. No smoking or vaping indoors. $350 fee for violations. No illegal substances on the property. No firearms or weapons allowed. No eating in bedrooms or on sofas. Extra cleaning fees may apply. Please return all remotes and accessories to their original location. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, or paper towels — a $400 plumbing fee applies for clogs. No confetti, glitter, or open flames/candles. Houston weather attracts insects. We perform regular pest control, but occasional bugs are unavoidable. Security patrol and exterior cameras monitor the property for safety. Cameras record the exterior only — no indoor devices. Do not adjust the AC below 69°F. Doing so may freeze the unit. We recommend 72–74°F for comfort. Respect the property. If you open it, close it. If you break it, report it. If you move it, put it back. LIABILITY & RELEASE By booking, guests acknowledge that they are staying at the property at their own risk. The owner is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to persons or personal belongings, including incidents in or around the pool, stairs, or outdoor areas. Guests agree to hold the owner harmless from any claims arising from their stay. SECURITY & COMPLIANCE Violating these rules may result in cancellation of your stay without refund and potential fines up to $350. Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay and must report issues promptly.
